Support & Offerings

At Tether & Tide, we provide neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed care designed to help you navigate life’s transitions and untangle your authentic self. Whether you are seeking individual depth therapy or looking to connect with peers in a structured group, our services are designed to support your unique nervous system.

Our Therapeutic Services

Integrative Therapy

Life transitions—whether career shifts, relationship changes, or identity evolutions—can leave us feeling ungrounded and exhausted. This is a collaborative, trauma-informed space designed to help you step out of survival mode and explore your inner world at a pace that respects your unique rhythm.

We work together to process old patterns, heal from chronic burnout, and cultivate sustainable self-compassion. This is a safe harbor where you can untangle the expectations of others and reconnect with your authentic self. Moving away from quick-fix behavioral modifications, we focus on the deeper work of understanding your context, your history, and your unique path forward.

Individual Therapy

Perinatal/
Postpartum Support

The transition into parenthood is a profound, identity-shifting tide that can leave even the most grounded individuals feeling disoriented. This space is dedicated entirely to your well-being, mental health, and nervous system regulation.

We address the complex emotional landscape of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, with a specific focus on how these phases impact your identity and sensory needs. This is not a parenting advice clinic; it is a supportive container to help you untangle the immense pressure to "parent like everyone else." Together, we will find sustainable, compassionate ways to care for yourself while you navigate the demands of your growing family.

Neurodivergent Affirming Care

This service provides individual, trauma-informed support for adults with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent profiles. Many traditional therapy models focus on "fixing" executive dysfunction or forcing a neurodivergent brain into a neurotypical mold; my approach bypasses those pathologizing methods entirely.

In our sessions, your comfort and nervous system needs come first. You are free to move, fidget, craft, or engage in play—whether that means doing a puzzle, playing a card game, or walking around the office during our time together. We prioritize sensory safety: you are welcome to eat, drink, or avoid eye contact as needed.

Together, we work to untangle your authentic identity from years of internalized shame and societal masking. We replace harmful, ableist scripts with new, affirming language that honors your lived experience. By exploring how your specific brain processes the world, we identify the practical accommodations and self-compassion practices that allow you to stop performing and start living in a way that feels sustainable for you.

Group Therapy

When: closed cohorts meet for around 2 months (virtual and in person options offered)

Closed cohort means once the session starts no new members can join, they must wait until the next cohort.

Cost: $60 per 1.5 hour session. Sliding scale available

I can bill Premera, Lifewise and some BlueCrossBlueShield plans

Who it's for: Late-diagnosed and self-identified ADHD adults.

What it's about: A neurodivergent-affirming process group for late-diagnosed and self-identified ADHD adults. If you were diagnosed later in life, you’re likely realizing your brain has been working overtime to fit into a neurotypical box. We help you untangle your actual personality from your list of symptoms—wondering if your creativity, impulsivity, or thoughtfulness are core to who you are, or simply traits of your ADHD.

Why?: This is not a lecture series or a skills-and-drills class. It is a process-oriented space where we meet weekly to connect and unlearn the pressure to perform. Each cohort collaboratively votes on the specific topics and challenges they want to explore, ensuring the group truly serves those in it.

Upcoming Cohorts:

- Fall 2026 (Telehealth only): Oct 2 - Nov 20 , Fridays 9am-1030am

The ADHD 'Club'

Tethered Together

When: Mets seasonally during school year in a closed cohort, Time dependent of cohorts needs (virtual and in person options offered)

Closed cohort means once the session starts no new members can join, they must wait until the next cohort.

Cost: $60 per 1.5 hour session. Sliding scale available

I can bill Premera, Lifewise and some BlueCrossBlueShield plans

Who it's for: ADHD, Autistic, and neurodivergent adults who are currently pregnant or raising young children.

What it's about: A space for parents who feel like they are constantly fighting against the grain. When you’re becoming a parent, your brain is literally rewiring itself, and if you’re neurodivergent, that process can feel overwhelming. This is a place to weed out the "standard" neurotypical advice that doesn't fit your brain and instead share the raw struggles of how daily life—and the transition to parenthood—is fundamentally harder when you’re neurodivergent.

Why?: We use the sea otter metaphor—anchoring to one another—to weather the current storms. This is not a parenting class; it is a peer support space where we integrate neurodivergent-informed reframing and self-care strategies. We explore the realities of this transition—such as how sensory input may override your attention or how brain chemistry shifts for both birthing and non-birthing parents—to help you identify the "life preservers" that actually work for your unique wiring. Beyond the support, this is a place to build your village, network with other neurodivergent parents, and untangle the pressure to perform as you navigate this new way of being.
